Printable daycare daily report
Enter the names in your group: each child gets a page, ready to fill in during the day and hand to parents. Infant version (bottles, diapers) or toddler and preschool version (toileting).
Your sheet
Free, no sign-up. What you enter stays in your browser: nothing is sent to Maliah.
What the report includes
- Arrival and departure, with the time.
- Meals and snacks: ate it all, half, a little or nothing; bottles for infants.
- Nap: start and end time.
- Diapers (infants) or toileting (potty, diaper, accident) for older children.
- The day’s mood, activities and what to bring tomorrow.
- A note to parents, and the educator’s signature.
How to use it
Enter the daycare’s name, the group and the children’s first names, one per line: the tool makes a page for each child, with today’s date. With no names, it prints 1, 5 or 10 pages to fill in by hand. Keep the stack in the classroom and tick as the day goes instead of filling it all in at 4 p.m.
Nothing you enter leaves your browser: names are not sent to Maliah.
The same report, paper-free, with Maliah Classes
Maliah Classes, the free daycare app, builds this report by itself: the team logs meals, naps and diapers in one tap or by voice, for one child or the whole group, and each child’s report is ready to review and send at the end of the day. Parents get it in the Maliah app.
