Free tool for daycares
Daycare weekly menu template
Fill in the meals from Monday to Friday, add allergies and substitutions, then print a clean sheet to post at the door or send to parents.
Your menu
Free, no sign-up. What you enter stays in your browser: nothing is sent to Maliah.
A clear menu for parents
Parents often ask what their child ate and what’s planned for tomorrow. A menu posted at the door answers before they ask, and helps families avoid serving the same dish at dinner.
How to use the template
- Choose the meals you serve: breakfast, morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack.
- Write the menu in each box, Monday to Friday.
- Add allergies, planned substitutions or a note for parents.
- Print in landscape, or save as a PDF from the print window.
Your boxes stay in this browser: next week, you’ll find the menu again and only change what changes. Nothing is sent to Maliah.
Allergies: a simple rule
Note the allergens in each dish and the substitution planned for the children concerned. This template gives no nutrition advice: follow your food guide and your regulation’s rules, and each family’s written instructions.
What each child ate, with Maliah Classes
In Maliah Classes, the free daycare app, the team logs the whole group’s meal in one tap (“ate it all”, except Leo, “half”), and each parent sees it in their child’s daily report, in the Maliah app.
